You may use the Site to learn about our co-hosting services and to get in touch with us. Please don't misuse it. That means no attempts to break or overload the Site, no false information in our forms, and no use of the Site for anything unlawful.

3. Estimates are not promises

The earnings calculator, the fit quiz, and the numbers in a free rental review are estimates. They are meant to help you think through your options.

Actual earnings depend on the market, the season, your home, its condition, and how often it books. We can't guarantee any income, booking level, or result.

4. The free rental review

Asking for a free rental review costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. It also doesn't create an agreement between you and us.

5. Our co-hosting services

If you decide to work with us, our services, fees, and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement that we both sign. If that agreement and anything on the Site disagree, the signed agreement controls.

6. Information you send us

When you fill out a form or send us a message, we use what you share to answer you and to prepare anything you asked for. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

7. Our content

The words, design, logos, and photos on the Site belong to Maple & Mantel or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

8. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites and services, such as booking platforms. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

9. No warranty

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it's provided "as is." We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or complete.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Maple & Mantel isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the Site or relying on its content, including the estimates described above.
